Why do I have to register to participate?

    Registration is mandatory so we can better understand the our participants better. We are also required to 'close the loop' with participants and let them know how their feedback was used, and the impact it had in the development of our projects and activities. The email address you use to register with can be used to send you project updates to you if you choose to follow certain projects. 

    How can I provide feedback online?

    You can provide feedback by clicking on any of the current projects. You will need to register to participate. 

    Each project will have different feedback tools that you can use to have your say. 

    What happens after I provide feedback?

    Your feedback is collected along with any other comments, ideas and suggestions received by other participants, and is considered and informs Council when making decisions.   

    Council uses online feedback alongside face to face consultation activities such as workshops, focus groups and listening posts when making decisions about projects.

    Is my privacy protected?

    Yes it is. Council and Bang the Table will only use your email address to contact you to invite you to participate in new projects and provide you with updates of current projects. Your email address and any other personal information provided will not be distributed to any third party or used for any other purpose.     How is Your Say Darebin moderated?

    All moderation is carried out by Bang the Table and is independent to the Council.
